Originally built in the 12th century, the Ortillopitz house is an “Etxe” that invites you to discover Basque history through a tour of a traditional Basque house.
Also part of Sare’s architectural heritage is the church of Saint-Martin, with its typical regional architecture and wooden balconies inside.
