Arrivals/Departures in mobile homes:
Our rentals are available by the week in July/August, Saturday/Saturday or Wednesday/Wednesday. You can also book a Wednesday/Saturday or Saturday/Wednesday stay for a week and a half, depending on availability.
Our Wednesday bookings start on July 19 and end on August 16.
We do not offer Wednesday stays in the Key West range,

Arrivals/Departures in Chalets or Canvas Bungalows:
Our rentals are available by the week in July and August, Sunday/Sunday or Wednesday/Wednesday. You can also book a week-and-a-half stay, depending on availability, on a Wednesday/Sunday or Sunday/Wednesday basis.
Our Wednesday bookings start on July 19 and end on August 16.
- Departures must be before 10:00 am and arrivals from 4:00 pm.
- In OFF SEASON, bookings are made for a minimum of 3 nights.
- Tourist tax: €0.66 per person over 18 per day.
- Reservation and registration fee: €15
- Optional cancellation insurance: rates depend on the insurance chosen and the rental category.
