Yes, you can pay for your stay using ANCV vouchers. We are happy to accept them as a means of payment.

To modify your stay, simply contact us directly by telephone.

To modify your Booking, it is essential that you contact us at least one month before the date of your stay.

To cancel your stay, you can contact us either by email or telephone.

In the event of cancellation, you must take out cancellation insurance to be reimbursed.

From April to early September. Children’s club only available in July/August.

The indoor pool is heated to 28°C throughout the campsite’s opening hours.
The outdoor pool and paddling pool are heated in July and August (weather permitting).

From 6 years old. NO CHILDREN UNDER THIS AGE WILL BE ACCEPTED!

In our accommodations, babies and children are included in the total number of people.

Dogs are welcome in rentals, dogs and cats in pitches.

The campsite opens from Saturday, April 04, 2026 to Saturday, October 31, 2026

We will contact you the day before your stay to arrange your arrival time.
Arrivals are from 16h, you can arrive before to advance documents. It will be possible to move in if the rental is ready.

For pitches TWO deposits:
– 10€ for entry badge
– 10€ for emergency token
In rentals THREE deposits:
– 240€ no smoking inside and damage to accommodation
– 70€ or 90€ (premium) HOUSEHOLD PACKAGE if you don’t want it done when you leave
– 10€ emergency token

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in your booking.
It will be deposited on the day of your arrival (70€ or 90€ premium). It will be cashed if you do not wish to clean up at the end of your stay.

We don’t have air conditioning in our accommodations, but all our rentals have heating.

Yes, all our rentals are equipped with comfortable comforters and pillows to ensure your comfort during your stay.

You can use the pool if someone you know is staying at the campsite at the time. Admission to the Swimming pool is 12€ adults, 10€ children. You will then be given a wristband for access to the swimming pool.

Bed linen is not provided in all rentals, but is available at extra cost (€12 for double bed, €10 for single bed and €5 per person for bath kits).

The kits are supplied in the Key-West, Otello and O’hara 1064 premium Mobile homes.

The sauna and steam room are available by booking (at least 1 hour in advance) during reception opening hours. The price is €4 per person for one of the activities, or €8 for both. The time slot is reserved for you for 30 min.
Access to the sauna/hammam is included in premium mobile homes (Key-West, Otello, O’hara 1064).

Access to the sauna and steam room is permitted for those aged 16 and over.

The sauna/hammam is also open to the public. You can book a 30-minute or 1-hour session by telephone. Conditions and rates are available on our website under “espace bien-être”.

Our gym is freely accessible every day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm for anyone over 18 staying at the campsite. However, it can be accessed by 16-year-olds and over on presentation of a current-year sports license and written parental authorization (to be presented at reception).
