Château de Gramont is open to the public:
- April 1ᵉʳ to September 30: daily, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
- October 1ᵉʳ to March 31: weekends and school vacations, from 2pm to 5pm.

Château de Gramont in Bidache is a historic site that strives to be accessible to all, including people with reduced mobility (PRM).
